if you leave against medical advice.

Making a complaint
As our patient you are the focus of our
efforts. If you have a concern or problem about any aspect of your care,
please tell the staff directly involved or contact the patient liaison
representative.
The Health Services Commissioner
Health Services Commissioner investigates
and resolves complaints by health care consumers against health care
providers. You may choose to involve the Health Services Commissioner if
Bethlehem Health Care does not resolve any problem to your satisfaction.
